02X Solutions · Faisalabad

We digitise
a business.

A website that takes the enquiry. A shop that takes the order. Ads that send people there. Built in Faisalabad, for travel desks, clinics, and brands that sell clothes.

کاروبار کو صفر سے وہاں لے جائیں جہاں آپ چاہتے ہیں۔

The number is Irfan’s. WhatsApp in Urdu or English. No booking calendar, no “our team will get back to you.”

Hajj, Umrah, tickets, tours

Travel desks

Families do not fill a 14-field form on the way to Chenab Chowk. They want packages, walking distance, a Hajj registration that does not lose the CNIC, and a button that opens a chat with a named person.

How we work with travel desks

A modest private clinic reception in Punjab.

Appointments, not aesthetics

Doctors and clinics

Google will show the three clinics nearest the pin. If your hours are wrong, your phone is a graphic, and there is no WhatsApp, you are paying rent for someone else’s appointment book.

Shops and clothing brands

Cash on delivery is not a feature, it is the market. Wholesale is not a second website, it is a price break. We build Shopify stores that behave like a good counter: stock, terms, a person on chat.

Work, while the list is still short

Three entries. More will be added as Talha and the rest of us finish them. The page is a list, not a mosaic that looks empty at three and crowded at thirty.

A rate list, because hidden prices feel like a trap

Half to start, half on launch. Bank transfer. Ad spend is yours, on top.

Placeholder rates. These are working figures a Faisalabad agency could charge in 2026, published so you can budget. They are not a contract. A WhatsApp to Irfan replaces them with a written quote.

What’s in each line, and what isn’t

Four people. Business development is all four.

There is no account manager behind a glass wall. If the site is late, you will be talking to Usama. If an ad is wrong, Talha. If the invoice is wrong, Hassan. If you want to buy, Irfan.

Questions a Faisalabad owner actually asks

Where are you?

Faisalabad. The four of us work from one room. If you want to come, WhatsApp Irfan and we will send the pin. We do not publish a street on the internet for a small office.

Who picks up 0323 964 1566?

Irfan Asim. Sales. If he is on the other line, you get a WhatsApp back the same day. Do not write to a ‘hello@’ and wait.

Do you work outside Faisalabad?

Yes. The work is Pakistani: travel desks, clinics, and shops anywhere in the country. The office is here. The WhatsApp is the same.

Why are the prices marked as placeholders?

Because a honest rate list beats a ‘get a quote’ wall, and because we will replace these figures with the ones we actually invoice. Until then they are 2026 Faisalabad market numbers, labelled so nobody treats them as a contract.

How do we pay?

Bank transfer. Half to start, half on launch, unless the job is a retainer — those are billed monthly. We will send account details on WhatsApp, not in a PDF that sits in spam.

Do I own the site?

Yes, once the final invoice is paid. Accounts are created in your name: domain, Shopify, Meta, hosting. We do not hold your Instagram hostage.

Can you build a mobile app?

Yes, if the job needs one and you will pay for it. We do not lead with apps. Most of our buyers need a site or a store that works on the phone they already have.

Do you do AI?

When a workflow genuinely needs it, in the back. We will not sell you a chatbot as a personality. Pakistani buyers rarely ask, and we will not pretend they do.

English or Urdu?

Both, as the customer needs. This site is English with Urdu where a sentence should be Urdu. Your site can be either, or mixed, without looking like a machine translation.
