Payment and refunds
Deposits
The starting half on a project is a deposit. Once we have begun (wireframes, a theme, a store setup, a campaign structure), that half is not refundable. If we have not begun, we will return it minus any third-party costs already paid on your instruction.
The second half
Due before we hand over accounts or publish. If you cancel after we have built what the quote described, the second half remains payable. If we miss a date we named in the quote by more than 14 working days for reasons on our side, you may cancel the remainder and owe only work already delivered, billed in good faith.
Retainers
Month to month after the first 30 days. Stop with 14 days’ notice before the next billing date. Ads already spent at Meta are gone; we cannot refund Facebook.
Chargebacks
Talk to us first. A surprise chargeback on a delivered job is a dispute we will answer with the quote, the chats, and the live site.
