A 53-year travel desk that now takes its own quotes
They already had the trust. They did not have a site that could hold a Hajj registration, an Umrah quote, and a WhatsApp conversation without the owner forwarding screenshots.

The job
A Hajj and Umrah operator cannot look like a startup, and cannot look like a 2009 brochure. Families arrive with CNIC scans, questions about walking distance to Haram, and a brother who already opened a WhatsApp chat. The site had to carry 53 years of trust, package pages, Hajj 1447/1448 registration, and a quote button that opens WhatsApp with the right sentence — in a mix of English and Urdu a Punjabi family will actually send.
What we did
- Designed and built hajidawoodgroup.com as a fast, mobile-first site: Hajj, Umrah, air ticketing, visas, hotels, tours.
- Put WhatsApp quotes on the actions that matter, with a pre-filled salaam, not a web form a pilgrim will not finish on a bus.
- Wrote and structured package and document lists the way a counter already explains them — passport photo, CNIC, residence.
- Run the ongoing social: posts a travel desk can publish without looking like a Canva template dumped from Lahore.
Where it sits now
The desk has a public site that matches how they already sell: a phone call, a WhatsApp quote, a named office. Social is a feed, not a gap. Live at hajidawoodgroup.com.

WhatsApp what you sell. You get a scope and a number, not a deck.
